Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use Bron. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

You agree to provide accurate information during registration, to keep your account information updated, and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Bron is an AI-powered sports analytics tool. The Service does not constitute betting advice, financial advice, gambling advice, or a recommendation to place any wager or make any financial decision. All Content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Bron is not a sportsbook, gambling operator, or betting platform. The Service does not accept, facilitate, or process any wagers, bets, or financial transactions related to sports outcomes. We do not hold any gambling licenses and do not operate in any regulated gambling capacity.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Content, analysis, or insight provided through the Service. Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable. Past performance and statistical analysis do not guarantee future results. Any decisions you make based on Content from the Service are made entirely at your own risk.

The Service may incorporate data from third-party sources. We do not control or guarantee the accuracy of third-party data, which may contain errors, omissions, or delays.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on Content from the Service, including any decisions related to sports betting, fantasy sports, or any gambling-related activity. If you use information from the Service in connection with any gambling-related activity, you are solely responsible for ensuring that such use is lawful in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Content or Service
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Permit minors to access or use the Service
• Misrepresent Content from the Service as professional betting or financial advice

Bron offers paid subscription features. On iOS, subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and managed by Apple's payment systems. On web, subscriptions are processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). Subscription management is facilitated by RevenueCat.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. On iOS, you may cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings. On web, you may cancel through your Bron account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are your responsibility. We will provide reasonable advance notice of pricing changes for existing subscribers.

All rights in the Service, including software, algorithms, models, designs, Content, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of PlayVision, Inc. and its licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

Third-party names, logos, team names, league names, and other marks appearing in the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. No license or endorsement is implied.

If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, we may use such feedback without any obligation to you.

The Service and all Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated analysis and predictions may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should not rely on the Service as your sole source of information for any decision.

The Service does not provide betting, gambling, financial, or investment advice. Any use of the Content for betting, gambling, or financial decisions is entirely at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall PlayVision, Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Without limiting the foregoing, we shall not be liable for any financial losses, betting losses, or gambling losses arising from decisions made based on Content from the Service. Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) fifty dollars ($50).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlayVision, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any third-party claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law; or (d) any decisions you take based on Content from the Service.

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Service immediately ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law.

While Bron is an analytics and information platform and does not facilitate betting, we recognize that some users may use our Content in connection with sports betting activities. We encourage all users to make informed decisions and seek help if needed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting an updated version with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them without restriction.
