PlayVision, Inc. ("PlayVision," "we," "us," or "our") operates Bron, an AI-powered sports analytics platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Bron through our website at askbron.ai or our mobile application.

By using Bron, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and authentication credentials (including information from Sign in with Apple or Google if you use those sign-in options).

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including features used, queries submitted to our AI chat interface, AI-generated responses you receive, and your sports and sportsbook preferences.

Device Information: We collect device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, crash logs, and approximate location based on IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.

Payment Information: When you purchase a subscription, payment is processed by Apple (via In-App Purchase on iOS) or Stripe (on web). We receive confirmation of your subscription status through RevenueCat, our subscription management platform. We do not store full credit card numbers or payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Personalize your experience and deliver relevant analysis
  • Process subscriptions and manage your account
  • Send service-related updates and, with your consent, marketing communications
  • Improve our AI features and monitor for errors or abuse
  • Detect and prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with third-party service providers who help us operate Bron, including: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payment processing), RevenueCat (subscription management), PostHog (product analytics), Helicone (AI request monitoring), Anthropic (AI model provider), and our cloud hosting providers. These providers are contractually required to use your information only to provide services to us.

Product analytics and session replay: We use PostHog to understand which features are used and to diagnose bugs. Session replays mask all text inputs (including messages you type, passwords, and account fields) and mask images. AI-generated responses rendered in the chat interface may be visible in session replays for debugging purposes. Session replays are retained only for internal diagnostics and are not shared with third parties beyond PostHog, which processes this data solely on our behalf.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

4. AI Chat Interactions and AI Data Processors

Bron is an AI-powered chat interface. When you interact with the Service, your queries and the AI-generated responses are processed by our AI infrastructure providers to deliver responses, monitor quality, and improve the Service.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising, profiling, training AI models, or any other purpose beyond providing the Bron service.

We use the following AI data processors:

  • Anthropic (Claude API): processes user messages to generate AI responses. Anthropic acts solely as a data processor under its commercial data processing terms and does not use our customer data to train foundation models.
  • Helicone: acts as an observability and logging proxy for our AI requests. Helicone does not run AI models and processes data solely on our behalf under its data processing terms.

All AI processing occurs only after you provide explicit in-app consent by tapping "Continue with AI" on the dedicated consent screen during onboarding. You should avoid sharing sensitive personal information (such as financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or passwords) in chat interactions.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

On our website, we use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and analyze usage. In our mobile application, we use equivalent technologies such as device identifiers and local storage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit certain features of the Service.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

  • Access, update, or correct your account information
  • Delete your account directly from within the Bron mobile application (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by contacting us
  • Request a copy of your personal data in a portable format
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

When you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address below.

8. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know, delete, correct, and port your personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. 9. Children's Privacy

Bron is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will promptly delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

10. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy with a new "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
